The Bedrooms

The villa comfortably accommodates large groups with seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with privacy and comfort in mind.

The first level features two gorgeous master suites, each with a king-size bed, luxurious private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its own terrace overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

Two additional guest bedrooms are located on this level, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed. Both have their own private bathrooms.

Downstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. The fifth bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its own ocean-view terrace. The remaining two bedrooms are beautifully furnished with private bathrooms, with one offering a king bed and the other two twin beds.

The outdoor space includes comfortable lounge areas, a state-of-the-art BBQ, and an oceanfront dining table—perfect for long lunches, sunset dinners, and evenings together.

Inside, the open-concept living space features a comfortable living room, dining area for eight, and fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open completely toward the pool and terrace, creating that effortless indoor-outdoor Cabo living we all love.

And for a quieter evening, there’s even a secluded patio with a fireplace.
