The menu at Los Tres Gallos is filled with the kind of classic Mexican dishes I always recommend trying when you want something authentic. Think mole con pollo, chile rellenos, enchiladas, pozole, carnitas and other traditional favorites, all prepared with fresh ingredients and plenty of flavor. The portions are generous, the food is comforting and it’s a great place to order several dishes for the table and try a little bit of everything.

Authentic Mexican Cuisine
Los Tres Gallos is featured in the MICHELIN Guide, which is one of the reasons I love having this one on my Cabo restaurant list. This is not your typical touristy Mexican restaurant — the focus is on traditional Mexican cooking, authentic flavors and recipes that have been passed down through generations. If you really want to experience Mexican food while you’re in Cabo, this is one I would absolutely put on your list.
